IP Linking Quantars to Astro-Tac

This is an overview of using a VPN and old Cisco Routers to link quantars back to a central Astro-Tac voter.

Analog uses E&M cards

Digital uses Sync serial cards

Both must be up and online to work, the astro tac should be configured as hybrid, -10 dbm line levels.

Quantar wireline must be set to 4 wire, it needs 1000 hz tone.
