EasyStart 368 from Micro Air.
Basically this works to ramp the voltage to a single phase AC motor to reduse the starting amps. Ideal for use on generators and such.
I bought one and took some internal pictures of it, since I wanted to know more of what it had inside.
The MCU is an Atmel MEGA 328p (Microchip) so it could be an Arduino based design. Doesn't really matter, it's a plenty powerful CPU for what this needs to do.
The embedded bluetooth module is an MXCHIP EMB1061.
