• Treasurer’s Report

Current balance is $3475.17

So far 2 donations of $20/ea in Feb.

Quadranet payment of $148.60 complete (thanks Kevin)

• Registration system web site

There is a bug in the registration system.

Tim is looking into it.

• Seal Retirement

TS/MW reported a few nodes still registering on SEAL

MW working with Admin team to move the nodes off.

• Newsletter update

TL provided a quick update on information gathering for the upcoming newsletter.

TL will provide a draft some time the week of 11-Feb.

• Discussion re: process for “ Allstar Community”

Continued experimentation of community including mailing list mode with digest

Awaiting direction from Board re: timing and PR

• Discussion re: Infrastructure Services:

Discussion about capturing value of services donated. (in progress MW has started a spreadsheet)

Discussion re: costs if ASL has to add infrastructure.

Discussion about finding a CoLo on the west coast (no progress)

• Admin Team Liaison position:

MW, invited Chuck Henderson to the Admin team to help with Voter code.

• Government Filings update

No update on 501c3

TL will try calling IRS

• Phone portal update

TL spoke with the person who supplies the portal.

They will continue to support us with a donation of the service.

TL will capture this contact information on the Service donation list.

• New Business

MW has organized an Admin meeting once a month (first one 10-Feb 10:00 PDT).

The board is invited (optional)

Reports the HamVoip CM119B behaves the same as on ASL. (low audio)

Short discussion on the issue with this chip and some efforts to resolve the issue.
