This guy is a dumb-ass of the highest order; which is hard to achieve, even for a ham.

This page catalogs some of the most shocking things he's done; from computer crimes, mail fraud, and in general being a fuck-up.

I was involved in administrating a group with him, and we had a group chat. Now I'll admit I'm an asshole from time to time, like making jokes about fucking his wife and shit, but it's all typical Internet shenanigans. I really didn't want to have to make this page, but he's going around saying some shit about me now.

For the record, I've never fucked his wife, or even got a hummer from her.

Will is king stupid

Recently Will asked the Radio System Administrator of Palm Beach County, Florida about the public safety trunking system. You know, the one the police & fire use for emergency communications. Will asked how to put his radio on the system, like to transmit on it.

This person is with the police and Will is asking about committing a felony. It's like going up to a random cop and asking if you can borrow their gun to have a desk pop.

He's got the "Midas Touch" for bricking radios. Over the few years he's been an admin, through his sheer incompetence he's bricked the following items:

Harris XG-25P - Had to send it to depot.
Whistler TRX-1
Quantar VHF Repeater (he wanted to pay me to drive out to fix it for him. I offered to fix it for him, FOR FREE, if he brings it to my lab.)
XPR7550 UHF HT - He tried to load FPP firmware, Bricked it
CDM1550
Harris XG-200 (December 2021!)
Harris P7100ip (July 2022....)

Will Bricks a CDM1550

So I'm trying to help him on this. I'm kinda an expert, and I help hams, or try to.

Synopsis of this, Will says he needs help with a CDM that CPS is shitting the bed on. I know the error, and have him make a backup of the EEPROM. He does this, forgets where he put it/loses it and then bricks it. With no old EEPROM all the tuning info is lost and it's a total retune after installing a default EEPROM/Codeplug.
Then the other shoe drops This is not his radio, but a friend he got from eBay and intends to return it an claim it was broken from eBay!
This is known as "mail-fraud".
