The HP Transmission Impairment Measuring Set was used for aligning 2 wire and 4 wire telco and radio circuits.

I was unable to find complete service and operation manuals. I've scanned the ones I have at 400 DPI with a scanner. The large 11x40 paper sizes have been preserved and the PDF's are OCR'd. Should you have an issue or something is illegible, let me know what page and I'll see if the source is better and try to rescan it.
