You really don't need this software. I have a 5100 with just analogue voice on it. I was able to turn on P25 and Full panel programming by just changing the hex. Open PCConfigure read the radio under radio options and save this file. Save the original one and then make a copy of it and open the *.opt file. If you have trouble finding this , it is in your PCConfigure_2_10_6\data folder, it is a file starting with ESN*.opt . I used a program called Hex Edit 4.0, it is available for free on the net use Google. THis is the original 2C A7 8E 96 CC DD 15 DC 08 E6 FB 13 2F 08 9F 00 E3 2A B8 3F 16 2C 72 C0 This is the changed one 2C A7 8E 96 CC DD 15 DC 08 E6 FB 14 3F 09 01 02 E3 2A B8 3F 16 2C 72 C0 Then when I have opened the file I just changed one of the hex values up one hex value. IE 0 to F so if it is 30 I canged it to 3A. Just do one at a time and then open the new file up with PCconfig and see what options you have enabled. You will find a whole lot of options will open up with just one number. I have highlighted the changed ones in bold. JUst play around with the last few of the top row and save the file and check to see if it opens.
